Adobe’s new Agent Orchestrator transforms enterprise AI for marketing and customer experiences

The launch of the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Agent Orchestrator marks a turning point in enterprise AI. This new solution enables companies to activate and control AI agents for customer experiences and marketing workflows.

Built on the existing Adobe Experience Platform, Orchestrator provides organizations with the ability to develop, manage and orchestrate AI agents – both from the Adobe ecosystem and third-party providers. The platform uses Experience Data Model (XDM) schemas to unify structured and unstructured data, ensuring that AI agents can dynamically interpret customer behavior, brand content and operational processes.

At the core of the solution is an intelligent reasoning system that combines decision models with adaptive language models. This enables the agents to carry out multi-stage decision-making processes, correct themselves on the basis of feedback and justify their decisions to human operators.

Adobe is presenting ten specialized AI agents designed for different marketing tasks. These range from the Account Qualification Agent for identifying B2B leads to the Content Production Agent for creating branded content and the Journey Agent for orchestrating customer experiences across different channels. According to Adobe’s internal benchmarks, these agents can reduce repetitive tasks by up to 40% and allow teams to focus on strategic initiatives.

Another key innovation is Brand Concierge, a new application for configuring and managing AI agents. It delivers personalized, immersive customer experiences and combines multimodal inputs (text, voice, images) with deep customer insights to guide users from exploration to purchase. The Product Advisor Agent integrated into Brand Concierge uses natural language processing to answer complex product queries and forward follow-up tasks to sales teams.
