Particularly noteworthy is the integration with Google Workspace, which allows Claude to connect internal company data with external information sources. As Anthropic emphasizes, mission-critical security standards are maintained. The technology uses a distributed architecture in which specialized sub-agents take over different research phases.
The technical architecture of the research module includes a query decomposition agent, which splits complex queries into atomic search components, and a source evaluation agent to assess the credibility of websites. This innovative structure enables Claude to process 83% more contextual signals than traditional search implementations, as demonstrated by tests at Fortune 500 companies.
In practice, the results are already impressive: At pharmaceutical companies, Claude reduced literature search times by 37%, while financial analysts were able to cut the time it took to analyze quarterly reports from 14 hours to 3.2 hours per company. These efficiency gains stem from Claude’s ability to correlate different document types and extract relevant information.
